New updates coming up!

Hi readers! It has been a while since we had new posts but stay tuned as we did quite a few site visits recently and is in the midst of consolidating the information! ^^

Update: Sonar / Club Gaga

Yes! Due to popular demand for Korean Joints and the most happening Taiwanese Joints, we have updated the price list and reviews for Club Gaga and Sonar by Neverland!  The reviews are updated as of 1st August 2013 and can be found at:

We will continue updating other drinking joints to bring you the latest and most happening Asian clubs in Singapore so as to be the one stop information stop for all drinkers and party goers!!!  So continue supporting our website and stay tuned for the latest happenings!

We will also be introducing our latest indicator – The Staff to Table ratio!  This would serve as a guide to the number of staff working at a place to the number of tables so that the exact number of staff is not disclosed and readers can still get a feel of the number of staff working at a joint.

Staff to table Ratio: 1 / 5 – For every 10 tables, there are only a couple staff around to entertain the crowd

2 / 5 – For every 10 tables, there are a few staff around to entertain the crowd

3 / 5 – Enough staff to entertain more than half the crowd

4 / 5 – Enough staff for almost all tables

5 / 5 – Enough staff for all tables or more!

Club Gaga – Taiwanese / Korean / PRC Joint

Club Gaga – Taiwanese / Korean / PRC Joint

Facebook Page:

Address: Tanglin Shopping Centre #B2-08

Opening Hours: Opens at 10.30pm, first set begins at 11pm.

Type: Taiwanese / Korean / PRC Joint

Non-Happy Hour:

1 Jug – $39

1 Tower – $95

1 Bottle Martell – $255

2 Bottles of Black Label / Hennessy – $366

Located at the basement of Tanlin Mall, this place used to be a lady’s bar which was revamped into a Japanese and Taiwanese Joint. Now there are Taiwanese, Koreans and some PRCs. Drinks are slighly pricy with no happy hour. With no band (only minus 1 singing), the place is still entertaining with its friendly staff. Not a big place, but has quite a number of sofas. Minimum spending to sit on the sofas at the front of the stage is by opening 1 bottle, sofas at the side area are more expensive. Recently (August 2013) a new batch of Taiwanese Singers and a Malaysian Singer joined the team. Some of the singers here deserve a band since they sing so well, pretty much a waste of talent to be doing minus 1 singing! Overall a good place to be if you like Taiwanese.

I leave you with this entertaining rendition of 家后 taken at Neverland!

Clarke Quay can only sell alcohol until 3am!

Yes it is official! Clarke Quay will only be able to sell alcohol until 3am on Sundays and weekdays and 4am on Saturdays!  Seems like more than 20 outlets will be affected…so the message is, start early, order early and end later at other places outside of Clarke Quay! And of course drink responsibly so that no new limits like this will be issued, because education on good drinking habits is more effective than imposing limits on drinking.  Mai mao mai ke bun, but mao liao of coz must ke bun right? So drink drink responsibly and be happy! 🙂
